The burritos are flying out of the kitchen as fast as we can make them and people across Australia are indulging their love of awesome, fresh, wholesome, and authentic Mexican cuisine. We’re thrilled to let our amigos know that it’s just got a little easier to find us, with two new locations opening in Sydney and Brisbane.
Our newest restaurant in Sydney is all about bringing wholesome, authentic Mexican to the people of Merrylands. They do love a good burrito and have been asking for us to set up at a convenient location for them to drop into!
“We know that Merrylands locals love Mexican but have had to go without Mexican in the centre for a while,” Mad Mex Head Honcho, Clovis Young said. “We’re thrilled that we can step in and satisfy the tastebuds for Merrylands locals, and we are looking forward to becoming one of the suburb’s favourite destinations for everything from a quick bite to some wholesome good meals.”
The restaurant can be found in the food court for the shopping centre and offers plenty of seating around for people to come in and enjoy the full Mad Mex menu, whenever they have a hankering for some fresh fuel.
“We have big plans for all of Western Sydney, as a key market for us,” Young said. “Locals tell us that they love the flavours, and that Mad Mex makes a perfect healthy and wholesome alternative to a lot of what is found in food courts. It really resonates, and I can’t think of a suburb in Sydney where we haven’t been asked to open up.”
Meanwhile, for the people of Logan in Queensland, we have arrived! Right in the heart of town, in the Brown Plains Grand Plaza, you can now enjoy the world’s best burrito in comfort, with our new dine-in restaurant. Grab a quick bite before hitting the cinema, getting your game on in the arcade, or indulging in some retail therapy.
“Mad Mex is all about giving people the ability to connect over food,” Young said. “The Logan location showcases everything about our Fresh Fuel For Life mission, and with extended trading hours at the centre, we’re offering the ideal opportunity for everything from a quick social snack to a family meal out.”
This is now the fourth restaurant that Mad Mex has opened in Queensland, and we’re just getting started there!
