Roshan didn’t just support the brand—he lived and breathed it. Day in and day out, he worked alongside franchisees, sharing his knowledge, building strong relationships, and championing what makes Mad Mex special.

In 2024, Roshan took the leap into business ownership, opening his own restaurant. It was a natural progression for someone so deeply connected to the brand. His transition from consultant to franchisee felt less like a career move and more like a continuation of the journey he had already been on for years.

What sets Roshan apart is his infectious energy, genuine care for people, and a cheeky sense of humour that brings personality into every room he walks into. Roshan also has a natural flair for Local Area Marketing. Now in 2026, Roshan has reached another exciting milestone, expanding his portfolio with the purchase of his second location. This one, however, holds special meaning. Having previously supported the restaurant as a Regional Operations Manager and being part of its reopening after its 2018 renovation, the site carries a deep personal connection. Stepping into ownership feels like coming full circle.
