Barbacoa Beef
Philosophy / Story
A method of cooking historically referred to as the Mexican barbeque, barbacoa traditionally involved seasoning and then slow-cooking meats over an open fire. Our Barbacoa is made with lean cuts of beef, rubbed with a Mexican seasoning of Ancho chilies, onions, garlic, cumin and then mixed with our chipotle marinade. After resting, the beef is slow cooked at low temperatures for 8 hours until tender and juicy.
