Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 16 years or over. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of their parent or guardian prior to entering, and use their parent or guardian’s Menulog account to receive the Prize if selected the winner (“Eligible Entrant”). The Entrant must not be an employee, manager, director of the Promoter, their related companies and agencies, and their immediate families.

To enter, entrants simply need to upload an image or video of them wearing the ‘epic Mad Mex Big Burrito while wearing their mask’  and tag @Menulog @MadMex #BigBurrito for their chance to win

The Promoter will judge all entries to determine winners

Note: For the avoidance of doubt, entries may contain more than one person in the video, however, any prizes won will be only be awarded to the Eligible Entrant. The Eligible Entrant must also obtain consent of the other people in the video prior to entering.

Judging Details

All valid entries will be judged at 12pm AEST on Thurs 21 May at Level 1, 71 York St, Sydney 2000. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The five (5) most creative, original and suitable entries will be deemed the Major Prize Winners and will be awarded with the Major Prizes. Entries must be the original, independent creation of the Eligible Entrant and free from any third party claims, including copyright or trademark claims. Entries must not: (a) have been published previously; and (b) contain information that is discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive or which infringes any law or regulation.

All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter, its related companies and the competition sponsors using comments made on the competition page, including placing such comments on its websites or third party websites for any commercial purpose including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes. Unless expressly requested by the Eligible Entrants to do so we may not acknowledge your authorship when posting comments

Prize Winner Notification Major Prize Winners will be notified by Direct Message on their social media account by 5pm AEST on Friday 22 May 2022.
Prize Claim Date The Major Prize Winner must claim their prize by responding to the Direct Message by 5pm AEST on Wednesday May 25 2022. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.
Re-Judging, Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details In the event that the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim date, or an entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoter will re-judge entries to determine prize winners at 12pm AEST on Friday 27 May 2022 at Level 1, 71 York St, Sydney 2000. The winner will be notified by Direct Message to their social media account.
