A minimum of 24hrs is required to guarantee a catering order, we need time to prepare amigo! However, we understand things come up at the last minute and sometimes we can make exceptions just for you. In that case, if it is <24hrs notice we kindly ask you fill in a form to allow that restaurant to confirm that they can fulfil your order to the standard that is required at Mad Mex.
Yes. Payment must be made online prior to your order date. For alternative payment options please complete an enquiry submission or contact the restaurant directly.
Unfortunately, given some catering orders are very big, we must ensure the restaurant can fulfil them all. So, we place an order cap on timeslots throughout the day to ensure restaurants can still fulfil their amigos’ orders in their restaurant as well as those wanting catering.
Yes. Our restaurant team will label what each product is. We don’t want our amigos with dietary restrictions eating something they aren’t supposed to!
Yes! Mad Mex has a dedicated range of gluten-free menu items, clearly marked with a 
symbol on our menu. Our fryer is 100% gluten free and coeliac friendly, we do not use it for any gluten-containing products, eliminating cross-contamination risk. Popular gluten-free options include our Naked Burrito, Corn Chips & Guac, Baja Fries and Churros.

Yes! Mad Mex offers catering delivery through Mad Mex Catering. Simply visit our catering page, select your items, and choose ‘Catering Delivery’ from the top dropdown. A flat $24.99 delivery fee applies, making it easy to get fresh Mexican food delivered directly to your office, event, or venue.
