Veggie Ranchero

Philosophy / Story

In 2018, we launched our Veggie Rancheros after nearly two years of recipe development.  We worked with a local organic tofu producer to get a product that is firm but which crumbles easily.  This is not your typical tofu!  Our tofu is lightly fried in vegetable oil, crumbled, and blended with our Ranchero fresh tomatoes, Ancho and Guajillo chilies, onions, garlic and seasoning.  Before serving we sauté with fresh veggies for a dish that is light and flavourful. It’s both vegetarian and vegan-friendly, plus gluten free.
